Westwind Executioner Schuri

Westwind Executioner Schuri is a 4-star Dark Ranger built entirely around setting enemies on fire and then detonating that Burn for a damage spike. His basic attack can apply Burn, and once his big skill is on cooldown it transforms into Annihilate, which guarantees Burn and blows up all Burn already on the target at end of turn. His ultimate hits the whole enemy team with a 2-turn Burn and detonates every Burn and Bomb on them, so he pairs naturally with Bomb setters and other damage-over-time allies. His passive trades away crits and heavy blows for a large Effectiveness boost (helping his Burns land) and hands an explosive buff to a back-row ally at the start of the first battle.

• Bomb and burn teams he sets off — His ultimate detonates not just his own Burns but any Bombs and damage-over-time effects already stacked on the enemy, so he turns a teammate's slow-ticking traps into one immediate burst of damage.
• High-HP, self-sustaining bruisers — His Burn chips a fixed slice of health every turn and the detonation lands a sudden lump of damage, wearing down the bulky scaling fighters who rely on slowly out-healing chip damage.
• Damage-capped or heavily armored walls — Burn ticks bypass per-hit damage limits and don't care about defense the way a normal hit does, so he keeps chipping through targets built to shrug off single big strikes.

• Cleansers — His entire damage plan is Burn, which is a debuff. Anything that wipes debuffs off the enemy team removes his Burns before he can detonate them, leaving the detonation with nothing to set off.
• Immunity grantors — Burn has to land as a debuff to matter. An ally shield of immunity on the enemy makes his Burns bounce off entirely, so he applies nothing and his detonation does nothing.
• Burst comps that punish his ultimate's cooldown — His full-team burn-and-detonate lives on a 4-turn cooldown; while it recharges he leans on single-target attacks, so opponents who win the race before it comes back around dodge his biggest swing.
• Crit-shy by design — His passive flatly removes his ability to crit or land heavy blows, so his per-hit numbers stay modest and he can't spike through a tank the way a crit-based attacker would; his pressure has to come from the burn-and-detonate loop, which the above hard counters shut off.
